Come back to yourself.
Each experience draws from our five pillars: Body, Mind, Presence, Connection, and Expression. Together, grounding, reflection, and different ways of engaging create simple invitations.
We encourage you to listen to yourself, follow what feels meaningful, and make the experience your own. This can look different for everyone. Maybe you need to move, be still, notice, create, connect, or be. There is no right way to participate and no expectations.
Imagine what is possible when you give yourself space to put down your roles and responsibilities for a moment, quiet the outside noise, and make room for your own inner wisdom, needs, and desires.
Take what you need and leave what you don't.
How it works
The Five pillars
-
Our physical experience holds information we can easily overlook when we spend much of our lives in our heads. Sensation, movement, breath, tension, comfort, and discomfort can all offer a deeper awareness of what is happening within us. Reconnecting with the body creates an opportunity to listen, notice, and experience ourselves more deeply.
-
The way we think shapes how we understand ourselves and move through the world. Becoming aware of our thoughts, beliefs, patterns, and perspectives helps us approach our inner world with more curiosity and less judgment. Creating space to reflect can help us understand what influences us and make room for new ways of seeing.
-
We can spend so much of life somewhere other than where we actually are. Slowing down and bringing our attention to the present lets us experience what is happening instead of moving through it on autopilot. Presence creates the space to notice what is here, without immediately needing to fix, change, or move beyond it.
-
Our relationship with ourselves exists within a larger web of relationships with other people, nature, and the world around us. Meaningful connection can help us feel witnessed and understood while also giving us opportunities to listen, relate, share, and grow. We are shaped not only by our inner world, but by the ways we meet the world around us.
-
What lives within us needs somewhere to go. Expressing ourselves through movement, words, art, creativity, voice, or being seen can help us let go of or strengthen parts of ourselves. It creates freedom to discover and communicate what feels true.
About the founder
The woman behind LIMIN
Life is so much more than simply getting through the day.
The founder’s background is rooted in creativity and visual storytelling, but her work and experiences has taken her far beyond the creative process itself. They have shaped a perspective on identity, self-expression, confidence, and the many different ways we learn to see ourselves.
Somewhere along the way, many of us become very good at functioning. We keep busy. We take care of everyone else. We learn how we're supposed to look, behave, work, love, and exist. And somewhere underneath it all, we can lose touch with ourselves and our ability to trust what we know within.
LIMIN grew from a desire to feel freer, more present, and more expressive. To feel connected to your body. To feel seen and confident. To connect with yourself and others. To explore the parts of yourself you've been too busy, too afraid, or simply never given the opportunity to discover.
Welcome to LIMIN.
